Pick two teams, choose the players moving in each direction, and get an instant verdict. Every player is valued above replacement — how much better he is than the guy you'd otherwise start there — then adjusted for this league's exact format: QB gets a scarcity bump for the Q/W/R/T flex, elite/high-volume TEs get a real boost for 1.5 PPR TE Premium, keepers carry extra weight since keeper rights travel with a trade here, and each receiving team's actual roster need at the position. That replacement-value framing is what keeps 2-for-1 offers honest — two guys who barely clear the waiver wire don't magically outweigh one real difference-maker.

Trade value is a fun, transparent estimate — not a league ruling. It's built from five weighted ingredients: Value Over Replacement (each player's raw value from Yahoo's preseason expert-consensus rank — re-ranked within his own position, since that judgment already reflects role, injury risk and upside for the ~200 rostered players we don't have a clean separate feed for — minus the value of a replacement-level player at that position in this 12-team format, so a bench-level player is worth close to nothing no matter how many of him you're offering), Position Scarcity & TE Premium (QB is boosted for the Q/W/R/T flex slot rather than treated as deep like a standard 1-QB league, and elite/high-volume TEs get tiered boosts on top of the position multiplier for 1.5 PPR/reception TE Premium), Keeper Value (weighted heavier than a normal redraft calculator, and further split by keeper-year rules — a "Renewable" first-year keeper still has one more cheap season ahead and keeps his full discount bonus, while a "Last Yr" keeper is already in year 2+ and can't be kept again next season under this league's rules, so trading for him only rents that cheap production for the rest of this year, and his bonus is cut roughly in half), Market Value (how much earlier or later than consensus rank the player actually went in our live 2026 draft, non-keepers only), and Roster Fit (once you pick two teams, each incoming player gets a live bump or discount based on the receiving team's actual current depth at that position — a "Need" or "Deep" tag shows next to affected players). Real trades should still factor in bye weeks and how much you just don't like the other guy.
